 APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS PEDIATRIC NEUROSURGERY and Center for Hydrocephalus, PA 58 W. Michigan St Orlando, Florida 32806 (407) 649-7686 1. Surgical emergencies may occur during the day for our doctors and may cause a delay in your appointment time. Please call the morning of your appointment to check on your time. Please be patient during your office visit if delays occur. We will strive to see your child as soon as possible. 2. Bring all CT, MRI and X-ray films to the office for your appointment. It is your responsibility to get the films from the hospital or radiology center. If the films were sent, please call before your appointment day to make sure they arrived at the office. 3. When a CT or MRI is done, the radiologist will call us if there are any concerns. Results are not given over the phone but reviewed with you at your child's office visit. 4. If an emergency occurs with your child between office visits, go to the nearest emergency department to be seen by the emergency department physician. If they need the neurosurgeons' assistance, they will call us. 5. If you have any questions, please call the office at 649-7686 between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm for assistance.
